How To Request Deletion

Email romka3x@gmail.com with the subject line ScriptTap account deletion.

Include the email address used for your ScriptTap account. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.

What Can Be Deleted

When a ScriptTap account exists, a deletion request can include the account record and associated cloud data such as Firebase Auth account data, Firestore user records, entitlement/trial/device records, cloud saves, cloud backups, and public scripts tied to that account.

If public script sharing exists and you made scripts public, deletion will remove or anonymize those public records where practical.

What Is Not Deleted From This Website Request

Local scripts, screenshots, image assets, command data, and local trial/cache data stored on your device are controlled from the device. Delete them in the app where available, clear app data, or uninstall ScriptTap.

Google Play subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play. ScriptTap does not collect payment card details directly.

Retention Limits

Some records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, subscription records, support history, or account dispute handling. The request response will explain any retained categories if they apply.

Verification And Timing

ScriptTap may need to verify that the requester controls the account email before deleting account data. Requests are normally handled within 30 days after verification unless a longer period is legally required.
