Account And Data Deletion

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This page explains how to request ScriptTap account and associated cloud data deletion from inside the app or from this deletion-only website flow.

How To Request Deletion

In ScriptTap, open Main Menu > Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you cannot use the app, sign in below to request deletion for the same ScriptTap account. This site does not have a general account portal; sign-in is used here only for account deletion.

Request Deletion On The Website

Use this only for a ScriptTap account you own. Do not enter payment card details or unrelated sensitive information here.

Choose the same sign-in method you use in ScriptTap.

What Can Be Deleted

When a ScriptTap account exists, the in-app request schedules private personal cloud scripts, folder/routine cloud state, and account sessions for cleanup after the deletion date expires.

Firebase Auth/account identity, deletion audit fields, entitlement records, and subscription/payment audit records may be retained as dormant/internal records instead of active account records.

What Is Not Deleted By Account Deletion

Local scripts, screenshots, image assets, command data, and local trial/cache data stored on your device are controlled from the device. Delete them in the app where available, clear app data, or uninstall ScriptTap.

Google Play subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play. ScriptTap does not collect payment card details directly.

Retention Limits

Some records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, subscription records, support history, or account dispute handling. The request response will explain any retained categories if they apply.

Verification And Timing

In-app deletion uses your signed-in ScriptTap account to verify the request. Cleanup is currently scheduled after a seven-day deletion window unless a longer period is legally required.

If you sign in during the deletion window, ScriptTap may ask whether you want to stop the deletion. Choosing Cancel leaves the deletion request unchanged and keeps you signed out.
