End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 10, 2026

License

Roman Rashkovskiy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ScriptTap for personal or internal business use, subject to this EULA and applicable app store rules.

Ownership

ScriptTap is licensed, not sold. The developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including software, design, branding, and documentation.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, rent, sell, sublicense, or modify ScriptTap except where permitted by applicable law. You may not use ScriptTap to create or run automation that violates laws or third-party terms.

You may not use ScriptTap to bypass lock screens or keyguards, evade user consent, abuse Accessibility, silently send/call/share, capture screens without consent, use root or runtime ADB paths, or rely on hidden/private Android APIs.

User Scripts

You are responsible for the scripts, assets, and workflows you create or import. ScriptTap does not grant rights to automate third-party apps or services where such automation is prohibited.

AI-created imports are drafts until reviewed by the user. Routines, shortcuts, personal cloud state, and .sts archives are not public AI package output formats.

Updates

ScriptTap may receive updates that add, change, or remove features. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated app and applicable terms.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using ScriptTap and delete any copies where required.

Disclaimer

ScriptTap is provided as is. Automation can produce unintended actions if configured incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing scripts before running them.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
