Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using ScriptTap, you agree to these Terms of Service and the ScriptTap End User License Agreement.

Developer

ScriptTap is developed by Roman Rashkovskiy. Support options are listed on the Support page.

Use of the App

ScriptTap is provided for creating and running user-controlled Android automation scripts. You are responsible for the scripts you create, the apps or services you automate, and your compliance with any third-party rules that apply to those apps or services.

Prohibited Use

You may not use ScriptTap to violate laws, bypass security controls, access systems without authorization, abuse third-party services, commit fraud, or interfere with another person's device, account, data, or service.

You may not use ScriptTap to bypass lock screens or keyguards, evade user consent, abuse Accessibility, capture screens without consent, silently send/call/share, scrape protected data, use root or runtime ADB paths, or rely on hidden/private Android APIs.

Pre-release Status

ScriptTap is currently in pre-release development. Features, pricing, subscriptions, rewarded-ad gates, personal cloud behavior, availability, and documentation may change before public launch.

Accounts, Cloud, Ads, And AI Output

Account, private personal cloud, rewarded-ad, feedback, AI Builder, and tester/update features may depend on Firebase, Google, AdMob, Google Play, website hosting, or other service providers. You are responsible for reviewing imported AI-created scripts before enabling or running them.

No Warranty

ScriptTap is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
